	Here's the interesting thing - the proactive management is the most important thing about this ABT - it's the change element.  But it's not in the ABT until the very end in the green section.

	We see this happen a lot, people thinking that the change element is the conclusion that should be put at the end and that works for the Inner Circle.  But for the Outer Circle, we need to know about the change element from the very beginning, you need to paint a picture as to why it's a good idea.
